I'm a non-diet dietitian and Health at Every Size provider who believes that nutrition is just one piece of the puzzle when it comes to overall health and wellness.   

As an anti-diet dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, I focus on overall wellness with gentle nutrition. While nutrition is a complex science, eating and enjoying food doesn't need to be so complicated.


I take a very individualized and realistic approach to wellness that incorporates all foods. No restricting, no deprivation. I believe life should be about nourishing ourselves with the food, movement and relationships we need to be our happiest, healthiest selves.

My Background

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from SUNY College at Oneonta and completed an accredited Dietetic Internship (DI) at North Shore LIJ (now Northwell Health) on Long Island. I began my career providing medical nutrition therapy as a long-term care dietitian and currently work in corporate dining and wellness. In addition to offering individual nutrition coaching, I blog at where I love to create recipes and provide nutrition tidbits.

I believe food is just one piece of the puzzle for achieving overall wellness, along with self-care, adequate sleep, nourishing relationships and lots of sweat.  Running and CrossFit are my personal fitness faves, but I also enjoy spinning, yoga and hiking.  I've completed one full marathon and six half marathons, plus numerous shorter races. My passion for this active lifestyle led me to become a NASM Certified Personal Trainer in 2015.

I am a member of the New York State Dietetic Association and the Long Island Dietetic Association and am active in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics SCAN, Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine and Nutrition Entrepreneurs practice groups.
