With 2018 just days away, it's not a surprise that we're being flooded with messages about dieting and weight loss. I love a "fresh start" as much as the next gal. Give me a brand new planner (I love this Passion Planner) and I'm in heaven. But as I've moved into the world of Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size, it's become increasingly frustrating to see the temptations of diet culture saturate our lives this time of year.
If you're ready to get off the diet train and have been thinking about finding a better (more sustainable, happier, healthier) way, I'm here. Let's work on resolutions that have nothing to do with weight loss or food rules and restrictions and everything to do with making room for what truly brings you joy in this life.
Even if you're not yet ready to work with a nutrition coach or Intuitive Eating Counselor, you might be interested and willing to learn more about the non-diet approach and Health At Every Size. Check out the below list of books to start your new year off in a new way--one that involves appreciating and loving your body just the way it is.
