As a Registered Dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and Certified Personal Trainer, I offer a variety of nutrition services and packages to best fit your needs.
How it Works:
1. Reach out! I'm here to help, but first I need to learn about you and your goals and challenges. Together we will establish which of my coaching packages will be best suited to you.
2. Initial Session. Our first coaching session is spent discussing your health and nutrition history, your needs and your goals. We will work together to develop a plan to help you reach your short term and long term goals.
3. Ongoing Support (as needed). Lifestyle changes take some time and I will be with you along the way for accountability and support. We will check in on a regular basis as we work to achieve your goals.
